Professor Joey Hauss is from jiu jitsu royalty earning his black belt under Jean Jacques Machado and Eddie Bravo and brought that up here to the shire aka Lake Arrowhead. I’m so glad he did! He and his wife Lindsey are so amazing, I really want this thing to take off and have a jiu jitsu revolution on the mountain! Professor Joey is incredibly gifted at explaining and breaking down the techniques. He also does breathe work stuff, ice bath therapy and overall wellness. This is for all people of all shapes, sizes, ability levels, ages and genders! The more people we get on the mat the better the training experience so come join us ASAP!!
